Opgegroeid in het Bourgondische Bordeaux en gevormd door ervaren leermeesters.\u00a0Sinds begin jaren \u201890 bepr<\/span><span class=\"text_exposed_show\">oef ik mijn geluk in het Brabantse (Neder)land.\u00a0Het Nederlands spreek ik zoals ik kook: met een Frans accent.
